Jon Teague
Lead Pastor
Jon Teague is the Lead Pastor at Two Rivers Church. Before joining the team at 2RC Chattanooga, Jon was on staff at Two Rivers Church Knoxville for ten years. During those ten years, Jon served in many roles including middle school pastor, worship/creative pastor, high school pastor, and family pastor.
Jesse Disney
Worship Director
Jesse Disney is the Worship Director at Two Rivers Church. Before coming to 2RC, Jesse led worship and served in leadership for multiple church bodies around the Hamilton, Bradley, and Polk County area for 15 years.
Courtney Gamble
Early Childhood Director
Courtney Gamble is the Early Childhood Director at Two Rivers Church. Courtney has many years of experience in church and parachurch children’s ministry settings. In 2012, Courtney completed an internship at Precept Ministries International with a focus on child/youth discipleship and leading inductive Bible studies. Since then, Courtney has led multiple Discover 4 Yourself inductive Bible study classes with elementary-age children and has held a training at Precept for young adults, teaching them how to empower children through Bible study.
Maggie Calella
Discipleship Director
Maggie is the Discipleship Director at Two Rivers Church. Before coming on staff Maggie served in several different ministries of the church. Maggie is from Gainesville, GA but she has lived in Tennessee for nearly 10 years. She and her husband, Jake, have two daughters, Ellis and Evelyn! In her free time, Maggie enjoys spending time with family, being outside, and a good cup of coffee.
Kati Genther
Office Administrator
Kati moved to the Chattanooga area three years ago from Seattle, WA where she was also in an admin role at her previous church along with coaching volleyball at Rainier Christian High School. She and her husband, Freddy, have three sons, Welsey, Brooks, and Mayes. When she's not working or coaching volleyball, Kati loves to hang out with friends, go on adventures with her family, and play as much volleyball as she has time for!

Our elders
Glenn Church
Glenn has been married to his wife, Lori, since 1983. They retired, moved to this area, and began attending 2RC in 2021. Their adult son, Chris, lives in Denver, Colorado. Glenn made a childhood decision to follow Jesus as a five-year-old. He grew up in the church and really began to understand what it meant to be a disciple of Jesus in his mid to late college years. Discipleship, especially in small groups of men through mutual accountability, has been a recurring theme in his walk with Christ. He and Lori were drawn to the loving, welcoming environment at 2RC. They felt pretty convinced that God was calling them here from their first visit. Glenn has served in many roles in prior church locations, including on set-up and greeter teams like he has had the privilege of doing at 2RC. He is humbled to serve as an elder and he and Lori look forward to many years of ministering and being ministered to by their brothers and sisters here. Glenn is a retired engineer who is managing to stay quite busy in retirement and is enjoying the greater margin he has to serve and spend time with people.
dawson halliday
It's a pleasure to serve as an Elder here at 2RC! My wife, Emily, and I have been happily married for 11 years, and we're blessed with three wonderful children: Esther, Olivia, and Rhodes.
I've been a follower of Jesus for most of my life, having grown up in Knoxville, TN. When I'm not with my church family, you can often find me swimming, playing various sports, or enjoying a good laugh—the kind that makes your sides hurt!
My heartfelt prayer for our church is that we become a community known by our love, both to each other and to those around us. Just like the early church, I pray that our love for one another will be a clear testimony of God's grace.
Daniel disney
Daniel and wife, Karen, are empty nesters and have 3 married sons and 6 grandchildren. Daniel grew up in the Cleveland area and lived there until 2012 when God took he and Karen on an interesting path to LaGrange, GA, Gallatin, TN, and Valdosta, GA and then returned to Ooltewah in 2022. He is a plant manager for Sanofi in Chattanooga. He become a Jesus follower at 10 years old and has held many ministry positions as a Sunday school teacher, deacon, men’s ministry leader, life group leader. He has participated and led many short term mission trips and has a passion for making disciples of all nations! He enjoys camping, riding his Harley trike, and cheering on the TN Vols, but usually is found being a superhero for his grand children! Daniel & Karen love the 2RC family and enjoy serving alongside everyone!
